Christmas Giving Tree 2024

As the Christmas season approaches, it is time to reflect on the incredible love that God has shown us and how we can extend that love to those around us. The Board of Deacons is excited to announce the return of our Christmas Giving Tree! This annual tradition, in partnership with La Casa de San Gabriel Community Center, is not just about giving gifts but about sharing God's love and joy during this special time of year.

Starting on November 17 and continuing November 24, our Christmas Giving Tree will be displayed in the courtyard following each service. We will be coordinating gift selection through an Amazon Wish List so those who can’t make it in person can access digitally. We are also accepting monetary donations that will provide grocery store gift cards to help families prepare a special Christmas meal. This year we are sponsoring 20 families and hope to raise enough to give $200 gift cards to each family.

Your generosity can bring smiles, hope, and comfort to families who may be struggling this Christmas. Let us remember that, through small acts of kindness, we can share the light of Christ with the world around us.
