This residency program uniquely focuses on engaging entrepreneurial skills in pastoral ministry, equipping residents to engage adaptive leadership skills, and exercising them in an innovative, west coast context.
Dates & Deadlines:
- February 6, 2026: Applications due to Residency@SMCommunityChurch.com
- Mid-to-late February 2026: Interviews to be conducted
- March 1, 2026: Resident Selected
- August 1, 2026: Residency Program Begins
