Club 21
Club 21 provides the educational tools and resources that enable individuals with Down syndrome to be fully included. They are committed to equipping and teaching, at every step of the journey, so that individuals with Down syndrome will have: opportunities for lifelong learning, independence/interdependence, communities of belonging, and meaningful employment

Door of Hope
Door of Hope is a Christian non-profit, based in Pasadena, serving Los Angeles County. They are one of the only homeless providers that can shelter any kind of family together in their own private unit, including single moms, single dads, and two-parent families together with their children. They offer a Homelessness Prevention Program, serving as a proactive measure to support families at risk of eviction by providing vital resources and guidance to ensure housing stability
At Community Night, we will be accepting donations of paper towels and toilet paper on behalf of Door of Hope.

Families Forward
Families Forward envisions a world where: All children are nurtured and educated during their first five years so they enter kindergarten ready and able to learn. Parents are prepared for their role as their child’s first and most influential teacher and encouraged to become lifelong learners. Friends In Deed is an interfaith organization that provides supportive services to meet basic human needs, so our homeless and at-risk neighbors can rebuild their lives.

Iglesia Food Pantry
The Iglesia Food Pantry operates out of the Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA.
At Community Night, we will be accepting donations of canned and other non-perishable food items on behalf of the Iglesia Food Pantry.
La Casa de San Gabriel Community Center
La Casa de San Gabriel Community Center was founded in 1946 by the Reverend César Lizárraga and his wife Angelita. Today La Casa continues to serve as a family resource center as our founders had envisioned. They continue to help economically disadvantaged children and families in their efforts to overcome the barriers of limited education, underemployment, language, inadequate housing and lack of medical care.

Union Station Homeless Services
Be a part of the solution! Union Station Homeless Services has been serving the greater Pasadena area for almost 50 years. As the lead agency coordinating homeless services in the San Gabriel Valley, they serve a region with a combined population of over 1.5 million across more than 36 cities and communities. Our mission is to help individuals and families end homelessness and rebuild their lives.
